Q. Can I have my ceremony on the grounds?
A. Absolutely, our unique storybook location offers a visual backdrop
for your ceremony that other brides can only dream of. You may choose
one of our outside ceremony locations, or inside our beautiful Harrington
Room. With its eloquent oak post and beam, open loft area and working
fieldstone fireplace, this room offers a great location for ceremonies
inside or on rainy days. On-site ceremonies at the Harrington Farm
may take place 30 minutes prior to the reception starting time.
Your guests will be allowed access to the grounds no more than 15
minutes prior to the ceremony start time. As a house policy, we
will not serve alcoholic beverages prior to the ceremony starting.
Please speak with our wedding consultants if you would like to have
your ceremony on-site.
Q. What is the fee for an on-site ceremony? A. Ceremony Fee Information: For an on-site ceremony with 100 to 150 paid guests the price is $700.00. For an on-site ceremony with 150 to 200 paid guests the price is $850.00. All ceremonies include a water station for your guests upon arrival, an arbor for the ceremony site, and a bridal changing room (available no more than one hour in advance) for pictures and finishing touches.

Q. What is your seating capacity?
A. The seating capacity for the Harrington Farm is 220 guests, with
a beautiful area for your cocktails, horsd'oeuvres and formal wedding
pictures.

a Harrington Farm wedding consultant.
Friday Schedule
Events may start any time, but have to be completed by 11:00 p.m. There
is a 50 Person Minimum.
Saturdays Schedule
Times Available:
Daytime - 11:30 a.m. up to 4:30 p.m. 125 person minimum Evening - 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. 150 person minimum
Sunday Schedule
Choose any five hours between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
100 person minimum - Exception Holiday weekends when Saturday times
will apply.
Off Peak Periods
From November 1st until April 30th substantial off season discounts
are available for the same superior quality events.
Q. Do you have a bride’s room?
A. Yes, we have a special area where you can prepare for your ceremony
in private.
Q. Do You have a special photo room?
A. Yes, we offer a formal photo room as well as our breathtaking
country
backdrop.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE QUESTIONS
Q. What are your Menu offerings?
A. Please contact the sales office to discuss menu options. At the
time of your appointment with us, we go over all your package features,
menus for your event, and tour our facility. If after viewing this
package you feel some additional items may be needed to satisfy
your needs, the sales office can supply you with menus and pricing
information for any add-ons. Our chef is available for help in customizing
your specific menu needs. If a menu option needs to be changed,
that is an opportunity for suggestions from our staff to help assure
your specific needs are met.
ENTERTAINMENT QUESTIONS
Q. I need tables for the disc jockey. Do you provide them?
A. ONE 6 ft. table will be provided for the DJ. Additional tables
can be rented or be provided by your vendor.
PAYMENT & BILLING QUESTIONS
Q. What is your Confirmations and Payments
Policy?
To confirm any date, a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you are booking with us six months to a year and a half, a $1,000.00
is required. If you are booking with us a year and a half to two years,
a $1,500.00 is required. If you are booking with us more than two years
in advance, a $2,000.00 deposit is required.
All deposits are applied to your final invoice. Six months before your event time, a 50% estimated payment is due. All payments up until this point may be personal checks, money orders or treasurer’s checks. A final payment is due seven days before your event time and that is required to be cash, money order or bank check. Credit Cards are not accepted.
Q. What taxes and tips are we billed for? A. All Prices are subject to 18% administration Fee and 5% Mass. State and/or Meal Tax.
Q. What price guarantee do you offer?
A. The Harrington Farm guarantees packages and pricing upon contracting.
However if we incur price increases from our distributors or under any
circumstances beyond our control, we would notify you of any potential
increases to the packages at least 30 days in advance.
