Sit-Down/Plated
The most traditional service style for receptions is referred
to as sit-down or plated. A sit-down dinner at The Harrington
Farm consists of a three-course meal with salad, entrée,
dessert and coffee with each course being served to your guests,
always completing the course at each table before moving to
the next. Throughout this service, guests are treated to impeccable
personal service. You may offer your guests up to two entrée
selections for an additional $2.00 per person and three selections
for an additional $4.00 per person.

Stations
Impress your guests with today’s most popular reception
style. Elegantly casual, stations allow you and your guests
the freedom to feast, mingle and dance throughout the full
five hours of your reception completely without the structure
of a formal dinner service. Our smiling staff is available
at every station to serve and assist your guests who have
the luxury of eating at any station as many times as they
would like for as long as they would like throughout the evening.

Buffet
A true treat for your guests allowing a variety of entrée
selections for them to chose from without limitation. Guests
are called by table to a beautifully decorated buffet feast
complete with carving station. To conclude the food presentation,
a coffee and pastry station for your guests to enjoy at their
leisure, follows the buffet.
